Are you ready to find your story?

Sarah earned her Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and completed her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. She also earned her Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Ohio and specialized in anxiety, depression, and family issues.

She was raised as a pastor’s kid in a non-denominational church heavily involved in ministry. Sarah assisted with church office administration, children’s ministry, international women’s missions, teen ministry, and worship team. She completed an administrative internship with New Song Community Church and RUNGlobal in Nepal.

Sarah is called to marry Holy Spirit-led ministry with evidence-based clinical counseling tools to produce a simple and affordable healing space that is accessible as possible, regardless of resources.

You can expect a gentle, collaborative journey using narrative and storytelling to discover, connect with, and ultimately rewrite with your life’s myth. Creative and pragmatic interventions are available based on individual need and preference– writing, art, movement, dreamwork, handwork. Together we will co-create a plan tailored to your goals that thoughtfully weaves together your mind, body and spirit
