About Us

Sarah earned her Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and went on to complete a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. She brings two years of professional experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Ohio, working directly with clients in clinical settings. With a lifelong passion for ministry—serving children, youth, and women—Sarah felt called to bridge the worlds of pastoral care and clinical practice. That calling led her to spiritual coaching: a space where faith, soul, and personal growth meet evidence-based insight.

Her approach is simple, heartfelt, and intentionally different. Sessions are kept affordable and accessible so more people can step into this kind of work. Everything stays creative and client-led—often weaving in expressive arts to help uncover what words alone can’t quite reach. And at its core, the work is deeply spiritual, drawing from Jungian ideas about the soul, archetypes, and the wisdom of the unconscious.

When you begin spiritual coaching with Sarah, expect a gentle, collaborative journey. Together we’ll use narrative therapy to trace and gently reframe the story of your life so far. Creativity will give your experiences a voice—whether through writing, art, movement, dreamwork, or whatever medium feels most authentic to you. From there, we co-create a plan that’s completely tailored to your goals, one that thoughtfully weaves together your mind, body, and soul.
